The final result will be sent as a high-resolution file.

Terms of Service:

Commissioned work is only for personal use (e.g: wallpapers, icons etc) however clients may post commissions on their personal social media with proper credit.

WILL DRAW:

  • Existing characters/Fanart

  • Robots and mechs

  • OCs, DnD and FFXIV characters (with references provided)

WILL NOT DRAW

  • Vehicles

  • Explicit content/extreme NSFW

  • Furries

  • Real people (e.g: celebrities)

  • Any content that is racist, transphobic, homophobic, paedophilic , incestuous, etc

I reserve the right to refuse any commission as I see fit.I do not give permission for my work to be used as an NFT. I do not give permission for my work to be used in anything blockchain or cryptocurrency related. I do not give permission for my work to be used for AI prompts, machine learning training or anything related to artificially generated images.

ADDITIONAL PROCESS INFO

  • All commissions are done under the above Terms of Service

  • Reference material to work from will be requested once commission has been accepted

  • Will send initial sketch/thumbnails for approval before continuing commission

  • Will send updates during process (e.g. lighting, background choices, colour adjustments etc) for approval

  • Time frame for completion will vary depending on complexity and external factors

  • 3-4 weeks estimated completion time (time may increase for more complex commissions)

CANCELLATION AND DISSATISFACTION TERMS

  • If you are dissatisfied with your commission, please directly get in touch via email at [email protected] - I will ask you for specifics as to why you are dissatisfied and work to complete any adjustments and resolve any inaccuracies within an additional 3-4 weeks.

  • If you want to cancel your commission and notify me via email within the first week of your commission having been accepted, you will be given a full refund.

  • If you cancel the commission, you are not permitted to use any of the thumbnails or other updates on the piece that have been sent to you when you were a customer.

  • If you need to put your commission on hold due to finance/payment problems, please let me know via email and I will keep your commission on file if you plan on returning to the commission at a later date.
